Weddings
Your Day.... Your Way.
You've made a great choice in considering a celebrant led ceremony. You really can rip up the rule book, with this unique and personalised option.
Did You Know?...
Lively and Fun
Whatever the circumstances, I am here to make your event extra special. Understanding what is special to you and what matters most is the focus for me when I create your ceremony. There are no restrictions on the type of ceremony you can have, it can include all the traditions, modern twists, religious content, humour or something completely alternative with special dedications or vows. Your ceremony can take place day or night, indoor or outdoor and doesn't have to be in a licensed venue. If you've dreamt of a wedding celebration at an alternative venue such as the place you first met or where he or she proposed then you can have it. Total freedom.
Your Ceremony
Perfectly Planned
I care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. I take care of all the small, tedious details
Each ceremony is bespoke and unique to you, perfect for couples who want something authentic and true to your style. I will meet with you and learn as much as possible as to what you would like to be included in your ceremony, then will work with you to create something memorable that you and your guests will recall in years to come.
I hope this gives you some inspiration. Please don't hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Vows & Promises
Stunning and Memorable
Vows - Choosing your vows together or writing personalised vows as a surprise is a beautiful way to declare your love for each other.
Exchanging Rings - Exchanging gifts or rings can be a central part of the ceremony. I can carry out a blessing or warming of the rings to add a symbolic meaning to the exchange.
Readings and Readers - It can be really fun spending time selecting readings and asking a close friend or relative to be part of your ceremony. Don't worry if you don't have the time to find a reading you love I can help make selections for you.
Singing and Performances - From hymns to your life events, adding a song to your ceremony will get all your guests joining in.
The Legal Bit
You're Getting Married
In England and Wales however you must be legally married (before or after your ceremony), which can be achieved by having a basic ten minute ceremony in your local Register Office and only requires the two of you and a couple of witnesses to attend. You are free to enjoy the ceremony of your dreams whilst the formalities are taken care of before or afterwards.
